تُعد كلية طب الكندي صرحًا علميًا عريقًا ، وتتمثل رؤيتها في الريادة في مجال التعليم الطبي والبحث العلمي في المنطقة. ولتحقيق هذه الرؤية، تبنت الكلية مناهج تكاملية حديثة أحدثت نقلة نوعية في العملية التعليمية.
تعتمد هذه المناهج المبتكرة على دراسة أعضاء وأجهزة الجسم بشكل متكامل، مع دمج الفروع الأساسية والسريرية، والتوجه نحو المجتمع لتعزيز الصحة ومعالجة المشكلات الصحية. وقد استندت هذه المناهج إلى أحدث النظريات المعرفية التي أثبتت تفوق التعلم الفعال والجماعي على الطرق التقليدية.
في ظل هذا النهج، يتحول دور التدريسي إلى مشرف وميسر لعملية التعلم، بينما يتحمل الطالب المسؤولية الرئيسية في رحلته التعليمية. ويتمثل ذلك في تكليفه بمهام وأنشطة علمية تطبيقية يقوم بإتمامها بمفرده وبالتعاون مع زملائه، بدءًا من أول يوم يدخل فيه إلى الكلية.
